Your in-depth guide to help make working with crystals & oils and the chakras easier.
Before you start working with crystals and oils in order to make your chakras easier, you need to go through an in depth guide so that you do not make any mistake in that. The crystals are generally colour coordinated with the energy centres in your body known as chakras. Because of the color coordination, working with the crystals become a lot easier.
The descriptions of chakra focus on the imbalances. It does not harm if you place an appropriate stone when you are meditating. This will help you in the overall balance of the aura. You will realise some crystals will relate to only one chakra. But some are exceptions like, the Tiger’s eye is a grounding stone related to the first chakra. But it has a golden hue and thus, it is also used for the third chakra. The same thing holds true for the essential oils. Rose and jasmine relate to love on the physical, spiritual and the emotional levels and thus connect the second, fourth and the seventh chakra.
In Sanskrit, “Chakra” means the wheel, and those who see them, consider them to be the spinning wheels of light. They are also known as aura, or the electromagnetic force field that is surrounding every living being. The energy of the aura holds in our thoughts and feelings and these chakras concentrate of the flow of the energies.
Stress is an excellent example when you can tell that illness manifests in the realm of feelings and thoughts. The mind may say that it is doing too much work and is under a lot of pressure. This intuits a feeling of burden on the person. Mind and emotions, both have to undergo a negative experience. If the mind and the emotions continue to create resistance, the blockage will assume that the physical area is most vulnerable.
The main motive of balancing the chakra is to dissolve the blockages so that the physical self and function well. Each chakra has its own color and there are stones of those colours which are placed there. The system used is developed by Katrina Raphael, the author of Crystal Trilogy.
